Coaches work with organisations in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

We have experience delivering coaching at every level, from one-to-one executive coaching through to organisational coaching to support organisation-wide change initiatives.

How does organisational coaching work?

Your coach will work systematically at multiple levels to empower the change initiative from its design perspective, to align with leadership and operational teams, and finally to implement it at ground level to deliver the change.

What is the difference between Group and Team Coaching?

Often coaches, clients and consumers are confused in the difference between team and group coaching.  Yet there is a difference.

Team Coaching

Team Coaching is when a coach works with a team of people who all share a set of aligned goals and work together to achieve a specific outcome (sales targets, project deadline, or starting a new business unit). Usually team coaching focuses on alignment of goals, and how people communicate, collaborate and work together to achieve the desired outcomes.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is when a coach works with a group of people together on a common topic of interest (such as leadership, relationships or communication) with each participant having their own set of goals and outcomes that they wish to achieve, which naturally may share some commonality with others.  Usually group coaching will be focused on each individual creating personal breakthroughs in their area of interest.

Internal or External Coaching?

For some organisations, it makes sense to train coaches internally rather than outsource to a coaching provider. There are advantages and drawbacks to each approach.

At Martin CCS we can deliver coaching ourselves as external coaches, but we can also offer coach training to your own people so you can develop a robust and reliable internal coaching programme.

All internal coach training programs are ICF Accredited Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) & Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).
